He is the historic coach of the Generation of Phenomena, the Italian men’s national team that won three consecutive world championships in the 1990s and was named Best Team of the Century by the International Volleyball Federation.
With 2 world titles, 3 European titles, 5 World League titles and an Olympic silver medal, coach Velasco built the foundation that, over the past 30 years, has taken Italian volleyball to the highest international levels.
A sports manager and former technical commissioner of numerous national and club teams, he has been inducted among the coaches in the Italian FIPAV Volleyball Hall of Fame and the International Volleyball Hall of Fame.
His methodologies of team management and individual and collective leadership development are now a point of reference for thousands of entrepreneurs, managers and companies throughout Italy.

The Leadership Day will be held on 19 September 2024 at the Unahotels Expo Fiera Milano, via Keplero 12, Pero (MI).
To join the streaming, simply purchase a ticket and connect on the day of the event by following the instructions that we’ll send to the email address provided at registration.

In the days following the live streaming, we will notify you by email when the recording of the entire event will be available in the On Demand Area: you will be able to watch it whenever you want for 7 days.
